How I Work With My Clients
My first aim is to learn your needs and goals by listening, questioning and conversing. From this process, I develop a plan specifically for you. Once the plan is in motion, I'm in regular contact with you, I am easily reached and I will promptly return your calls. I will work hard for you, be accountable, and open to your ideas, suggestions and questions. Throughout the process, and after closing as well, I will be your advocate, guide and counselor, rain or shine. I take my professional responsibilities very seriously and am driven to provide my clients with a quality of service they will long remember.
My Background
My Colorado roots go back to 1983 when I took a year off from college in New England to travel the United States from coast to coast. I never made it past Colorado! I transferred to the University of Colorado and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism in 1985. For ten years I worked as a photojournalist and commercial photographer in Colorado and New England (yes, I went back East and came back West when I realized how much I missed it here!) My next decade was spent as a home remodeling contractor and furniture maker in Colorado and New York (this time I went back East with my wife Robin and we mutually agreed that we had to move back West to raise our newborn daughter Chava).
A few years ago I got the itch to do fix and flips and decided I ought to get my real estate license to gain direct access to the market and reduce brokerage fees. After I got my license, I decided I needed to get some real world experience as a Realtor for a couple of years before doing the fix and flips. Over the course of those two years, however, I discovered how much I enjoyed the experience of helping people buy and sell their own homes. I shelved the plan to do fix and flips and haven't looked back!
Prior to joining RE/MAX Alliance in Boulder, I was a member of The Bodin Team at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Boulder. The Bodin Team has been one of the top producing real estate teams in all of Colorado for over a decade and I learned by leaps and bounds. My foundation was quickly established and my business has steadily grown over the past two years thanks to great guidance, hard work, the support of friends and family and the trust of wonderful clients. I am thrilled to be a RE/MAX agent now and I am so impressed with all the tools and resources RE/MAX provides to help me serve my clients even better.
